Here is why I say that. I am 53 years old. When I started with Will, I weighed 230 lbs. I had frequent headaches and foot pain. I thought I would never walk without pain again. I have only been training with Will since January, and I am now down 75 pounds. It has been quite an experience, and I have learned so much not just with exercise but with eating habits and choices. That is a key component in my success. I feel so much better physically, mentally and emotionally. I have more energy and am now up to running 5 miles a day. I don't remember ever being able to run that far even when I was playing basketball. I remember back in January, I felt sluggish and had very little zest for life. I've done boot camps and had personal trainers in gyms before but have never seen results like I have working with Will. I now have tons of energy to keep with my three kids and not to mention my migraines have been significantly reduced since I started training.
Will is definitely one of the best trainers I have ever worked with! He has a way of keeping you motivated and on track no matter what the situation. I needed someone that was going to be able to push me about as far as I thought I could go. Will has a way of doing that and even showing me that I can go farther than I thought I could ever be capable of! He has always been available anytime I have a question and no matter how odd the question he always has an answer for me! But my absolute favorite thing about Will is what I like to call his "Will-isms"! He has tons of little sayings about health and fitness that stick with me. So even when I am out and about with friends or at home with a little down time his voice pops into my head! At a restaurant I hear "lean and green"! and at home I will hear "don't forget your cardio in between"! It's those little reminders that help keep me on track when I am not in the studio working out with him.
